2. Virtual goods

All shop items are virtual in-game perks (cosmetic ranks). They have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.

3. Product description and price

Each product in the Shop lists its name, description, perks, and price in USD before checkout.

4. Delivery

Items are delivered automatically to your Minecraft account after successful payment. Delivery may take a few minutes if you are offline.

5. Refunds

Purchases are generally non-refundable once delivered. Contact us if there was a technical error.

6. Account responsibility

You are responsible for entering the correct Minecraft username at checkout.

7. Server rules

Purchases do not exempt you from server rules. Staff may revoke perks for rule violations.
